The week ahead w/c 18th May is the last week of current block of classes. All booking forms/dates for the next block were sent on Thurs 14th May by email but let me know if you need me to resend. Zoom links per class will remain the same as hopefully that makes it easier for everyone!

Weds eve groups - I know the booking forms may have been a surprise so sorry if complicating anything but was just trying to simplify my admin! You can either complete and submit the form and it creates the register for me or just reply by email.

w/c 25th May would normally be half-term with Bank Holiday Monday but I'm proposing to continue the current timetable through this week and I'd like to offer this week to you for free as gratitude for your support and for sticking with me and my classes online at this time, I really appreciate it!

Exciting news! The teachers from the Pilates Workshop studios in Dunstable, Harpenden, St Albans and Milton Keynes/Leighton Buzzard, along with the help from friends of the studio, are going LIVE on Instagram for 24 hours. I am also hoping to simultaneously stream my class only to my own Facebook page as long as technology holds out! Quite nervous about first live stream event so it would be lovely to see a few familiar names pop up if you'd like to join! I am also hoping to record this class and will probably share via YouTube and/or Vimeo after the event.

From 12pm Sunday 24th May to 12pm Bank Holiday Monday 25th May, The Pilates Workshop will be LIVE - on the hour, every hour - guiding you through a variety of activities, including Pilates and yoga.
