The week ahead is Gratitude week! I'm taking the opportunity to thank my active Zoom clients for their support through challenging times by offering my timetable of classes to them for free this week (week of 25th May 2020), I'm so grateful to you all!

The Pilates Workshop Live stream event on Facebook/Instagram 12pm Sun 24th May - 12pm Mon 25th May

LIVE NOW!!! My slot is at 7pm Sun 24th May would love to see you there as feeling a bit nervous!!

Exciting news! The teachers from the Pilates Workshop studios in Dunstable, Harpenden, St Albans and Milton Keynes/Leighton Buzzard, along with the help from friends of the studio, are going LIVE on Instagram for 24 hours. I am also hoping to simultaneously stream my class only to my own Facebook page as long as technology holds out! I am also hoping to record this class and will probably share via YouTube and/or Vimeo after the event.

From 12pm Sunday 24th May to 12pm Bank Holiday Monday 25th May, The Pilates Workshop will be LIVE - on the hour, every hour - guiding you through a variety of activities, including Pilates and yoga.

Cancer Research UK is the world’s largest charity dedicated to saving lives through research. Recent events have led to many of their annual fundraising activities being postponed. They need us now more than ever.
