Hope you're doing well, I've missed seeing you all this week but I've had a productive week at home and work - I've studied and successfully completed assessments for the Franklin Method Fascia Trainer for the Lower Back which I'm looking forward to sharing with you!

For those of you joining Outdoor classes - thank you so much for completing the LH Pilates COVID-19 Supplementary Questionnaire (Form CVSQ) send via GoogleForms/email.  

To date I've received 15 replies back so 6 more to come.  If you haven't already done so please complete and submit asap as it's a condition of return to in person sessions to keep everyone safe.

For Outdoor classes next week, here's the address: The Studio Westfield Farm Office, Mill Ln, Great Brickhill, Milton Keynes MK17 9BG

You come down the farm entrance lane and turn right, you can either park at the first building on the right or at the field opposite the main building - I'll look out for you.

Please arrive and be parked and ready 5 mins before the start time of your class so our group can walk to the field together.

Please bring your own mat (you may also wish to bring a towel or blanket to put underneath it), cushions (or equivalent), any small equipment you'd like to bring with you and a bottle of water.

Let's hope we'll also need suncream and sunglasses too!

There are toilets and handwashing facilities available.

In the event of poor weather conditions I'll be in touch asap and we'll revert to Zoom or I'll make a class recording available to you if Zoom not possible.

I've only had one person enter a few times so far so they're definitely in it to win it!
