Hope this finds you well.
As usual time has flown by and we've made it to the summer holidays! Once lockdown was announced classes were switched over to Zoom within 24 hours and I've kept the timetable going throughout since then thanks to your commitment to getting the hang of Zoom and showing up for your practice regularly! It's been lovely to share our spaces at home together and I've loved meeting your family and pets, especially when they get involved too! It's been amazing to still be able to see many of you online each week and it's really helped motivate me to keep going through these challenging times and I am eternally grateful to you all!
I'm doing some Franklin Method for the Lower Back training via Zoom this coming Fri/Sat/Sun - approx 4 hours per day but I'm really looking forward to getting deeper into the content as I've loved the pre-course work so far. I will miss seeing you all next week but am feeling completely depleted and just need a little Zoom break and some offline time to get back on track and tackle all the jobs at home I haven't got round to yet!

Tips for Mask wearing
I've found it easier to breathe more comfortably when wearing a slightly thinner cotton mask (made by the incredibly talented Julie - thanks so much!!).
It may also be helpful to practice inhaling and exhaling through the nose and another tip I've picked up is to pause for 1 or 2 seconds after your exhale before inhaling again as it enables the temperature of your breath to decrease a little before you inhale again.
Please feel free to share any tips you've come across too!
Take care and hopefully we can all enjoy some sunshine over the next week or so!! x
