Pilates - Take a moment for YOU!

Hope you're all doing well and have had a good week.
Feeling pretty Zoomed and Vimeo'ed out at the end of the week but it's definitely been a highlight to have our first Pilates baby Zoomer join us Weds evening as well as your cats and dogs getting stuck in too!
I wasn't feeling very well at the start of the week (just a bit under the weather, nothing serious) without enough energy to teach 2 classes consecutively, huge thanks to my Mon 9.15am class for being so understanding and joining the later Mon 10.30am group this week, it was very much appreciated. Big thanks also to my Weds 8pm class who have often had their class evening moved around throughout our time online which has also been a huge help. Thank you to all of you who inspire me to keep going each week too by showing up and working so hard, love seeing you all and feel so proud of you all!
Delighted to welcome a few new joiners to our classes over the last couple of weeks - it's a very different experience to start your Pilates practice online but you're all doing brilliantly!
Trying to look for the positives during these challenging times and one of those is that I'm determined to make time regularly for my own studio practice... and keep the springs warm at the studio while it's closed until I can welcome you back! This is only possible as thankfully schools open this time round, phew! Another positive is the Pilates connections that we share too!! Hope you can carve out some time for yourself too, it's so important, perhaps more than ever right now.
